The market has been chopping around as fundamental news takes a bite out of everything. Unrest in the Middle East and instability in Europe along with the debt ceiling issue in the U.S. has this market in all types of directions. The main thing to realize is that as a trader of options, you have to stay disciplined and make sure that your emotions do not take precedence over what the market is telling you.
